Incorporated Methods
Our production press lines allow us to mold parts ranging from sub-miniature
to 32 inches in diameter. Various molding methods are incorporated
depending on the design of the part. Compression, transfer, and
the latest computer controlled injection processes are employed.
Economics, productivity, and quality are all considered when
selecting the proper molding style. We specialize in precision,
flash-free parts where dimensional stability and overall quality
are critical in the end use.
At Rahco Rubber, working with the customer is vital. Prototype
tooling is often suggested as a means of proving out engineering
and molding designs. As a result, our customer is guaranteed
that the part in question will be satisfactory. Frequently, savings
can be realized in reduced production tooling costs or through
elimination of flaws that surfaced during the prototype stage.
We are more than happy to supply samples off preproduction tooling
at little or no cost.
